Spiritual Counseling can be a powerful tool to dive deep into questions of meaning and purpose. I offer support, guidance, and a body-centered, trauma-informed approach to sessions.

All couples struggle, but particularly in times of transition. Whether you are about to get married and looking for premarital counseling, or just had a baby (and the struggle is now real!) or are in need of support in your marriage, I would be honored to work with you and your partner to help your relationship thrive.
