Ways to Work Together

Interfaith Chaplain & Integration Coach for people who lead

Leadership doesn't always come with a title. Maybe you run a team, a household, a classroom, a congregation, or a practice. Whether by choice or circumstance, you became the person others look to when things get hard.

And lately, it's been a lot to bear.

Most of my clients have already done real work: therapy, a retreat or two, breathwork, meditation. It helped them understand what's happening. This work is different: it matches what you're actually experiencing in your body to a process that moves it through, so change reaches you in mind, body, and spirit, not just your thinking.

7-Session Integration Program

For those ready for transformation to take root

You're carrying more than any one person should carry, for your community, your family, your congregation, your team. Maybe it shows up in your body: exhaustion that sleep doesn't touch, autoimmune flares, a diagnosis you didn't see coming. Maybe it shows up somewhere else: the relationships that have gone quiet, the stress that's become background noise, the sense that you're managing your life instead of living it.

Maybe you've already done the therapy, the retreats, the breathwork, and it helped, genuinely. I'm not discounting any of it. I use all of it. But you're still here because none of it, on its own, has given you an actual answer for how to build the life you're supposed to be living.

I know this place because I've been in it. After my mother died, my own body told me something was wrong, and I made a choice guided by intuition, not certainty, to have preventive surgery that kept cancer from taking hold. That experience didn't just change my health. It changed how I work.

I've spent my career as a hospital chaplain in a Level 1 trauma unit, as a campus chaplain, and now here, supporting people to find their way from crisis back to a life that actually holds. I've watched leaders move from bodies in full shutdown to real rest. I've watched people carrying decades of shame learn to let themselves be cared for. I've watched people who gave everything to everyone else finally build a life with something left over for themselves.

The Seven Session Integration Program is about two months, meeting every week, or a little over three months if meeting every other week. Between each session, you'll have something to carry with you, sometimes a personalized hypnotherapy recording, sometimes a somatic practice, sometimes just a few questions worth sitting with, along with the encouragement to email or text me if something comes up before we meet again. The work doesn't stop when the session ends.

The 7-Session Integration Program is built around the rhythm of pilgrimage: prepare, practice, reflect, integrate. It draws on somatic practice, clinical hypnotherapy, and spiritual companionship. It does not negate the work you have already done, it informs, transmutes, and ultimately instills in you a sense of power to take your life in the direction you feel called.

By the end of our time together, you won't just understand what's wrong. You'll have created a personal compass for how to build the life you actually want, and a body that can carry you there.

A Single Session

Not ready for the full program?

For a specific decision, a hard season you're trying to find your footing in, or a first conversation to find out whether this kind of work is useful to you before committing to more.

We'll follow whatever's actually alive for you in the room. That might mean somatic work, guided reflection, clinical hypnotherapy, or simply an hour of being heard by someone who knows how to ask the next honest question. You don't need to arrive with the right words already figured out. That's part of what the session is for.

Investment: $297

Other ways to go deeper

  • “Maeba was genuine, warm, and insightful. The exercise we did helped me connect to my body, which is not always easy for me, and everything she said was exactly what I needed to hear. I got so much out of our short time together.”

    ~ Christina

  • “Maeba offered an incredible space that had structure, but not too much, and a deep abiding sense of compassion and potential for transformation. She models the work as much as she leads it, and helps guide everyone to connect with their deeper energies.”

    ~ Stephen

  • "Maeba was excellent! Very helpful and knowledgeable. A great experience."

    ~ Kacy
